Default Windows 7

Here comes a classic topic! How many of you have or are getting Windows 7? If so, which version? What do you like and dislike about Windows 7?

As for me, I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit installed.

ehhh......I have already Win7 Ultimate burned to a DVD, too bad that Windows by default makes every new HDD you put in PC, as an Dynamic drive. I don't have any place to backup my hundreds of gigs of anime and games >_>"""".........

But srsly, I don't expect much from Win7, but it could be better than Vista. It IS only a upgraded Vista, and I've tried Vista. It was an utter failure. Vista is just what ME was. Hopefully, Win7 will be what XP is. Problem for me is, that many of custom-built programs that I use probably will not work with 7. Also, I don't know whether my MB makers will make a driver for my not-too-old-but-already-little-old MB.

Vista was fine. Shitty start, but it worked well for me, although it might have been because I adopted pretty late. Never had any of the infamous driver issues or the such.

Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit is what I'm running. Seems nice enough. Nothing in particular to dislike; I'm rather fond of how the audio can switch on the fly between my onboard sound and my USB headset. The new setup on the gadgets is also nice, as is the new way of hiding icons in the tray. The transparency stuff is pretty, too. No compatibility issues yet.

Planning to get Windows 7 Ultimate. In a dilemma to choose from 32-bit or 64-bit... Not sure though...

Currently running Windows 7 RC1 on 2 of my computers but planning on getting Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit for my desktops and for my laptop (speaking of which, I was going to format my laptop with the RC1 release of Windows 7 to make sure it works).

@shirohana - if your computer supports it, get the 64-bit since Windows 7 is the last version that will support 32-bit, might as well take the dive.

That is, only if you have 64-bit software and drivers to back it up.
