Physical pain :
My heart attack when i was 16, my heart stopped for 12 seconds, felt like my chest is gonna explode, i couldn't breath either, my head begun to be heavier and heavier, was trembling like i had an electric chock, when the 12 seconds ended my heart released, and felt like a knife is cutting it each beat...

Physical: Let's say my legs are very unfortunate. Leg was once scraped open due a fence, got hit by the uhh.. Supporter? The iron ball thing at the back of a car on my shin (?). Still got an actual dent there. Happened when I was 10, been long time ago..
And nowadays my legs keep hurting for some strange reason.

Psychological: When my computers HDD died. Had all my artwork on it ;_;

Physical: I was running and all of a sudden I couldn't breathe, and finally when I got some air my lungs burn like hell. Psychological:seeing my grandfather die in the hospital, I had horrible nightmare about it for days.

Physical pains, not that I ever suffered severe pain before...
- unexpected fast tennis ball knocked me out for like 5 secs? (I was a kid)
- unexpected glass cut on my wrist, must of been a accidental suicide lol
- Beaten up at school, picked on, targeted...

Phychological pains, I've many on different scales that I don't know which one has the strongest effect.
- Yay for holidays to Hong Kong, Malay etc, 12~14 hour flights are nightmares. I get sick on planes >_> If you're near me you have like a small chance of seeing me hurl and beg for ground...

Return flights ain't that bad for some reason...

I think to myself a lot, like having a conversation in my head etc... is that bad?

Physical: I have my occasional attacks. you see, I get panick/anxiety attacks, I hyperventilate, and I have weak lungs..So when I was a child I spent almost/about half my life in the hospital. As I grew older, they came less frequent but they were still there, and I just came fom the hospital..It just feels like your chest constricts and you can't breathe.It's actually quite painful..

Psychological: When one of my two best friends died. I don't think I can give you the details...
