Physically, I guess I'd say having my braces' brackets re-applied.

Physically: First, I'm extremely fragile, ok? One of the few times in my life I couldn't hold my anger in. I punched my hardest on the basement floor, and I apparently displaced a nerve in my hand. It hurt for like 1-2 days, then had to go get it back in place by this specialist. Unfortunately, she had to move the nerve back in place, which was done within an hour of killer pain. Lesson learned, no matter what, don't be angry and go to the basement.
Psychologically: I was feeling pretty bad, and then I was told off by my parents, about the smallest thing. I still don't clearly understand, but it was enough to almost make me insane for a hour or so. shut myself up for a while...

So weak, huh? hahahaha....

Physical: When I fell off the monkey bar straight onto my face. No adults were around and my cousins thought they could stop the bleeding with toilet paper. I had a cut on forehead of my face, knees and elbow. The scab lasted for about two months and there is a slight scar left there.
Psychological: I experienced a "mental breakdown." It was a school night and I had a bunch of homework and I kept getting into fights with fellow friends over im. It came to the point where my spirit and mindset was in a horrible state and I brokedown and cried for a few hours. Didn't go to school the next day.

physical :
when I was in my school's military character building , I fell from a cliff to a pond .
and the next thing I know ; my right white socks turned all red , just then I realized that I was bleeding a lot .
I asked my couch's permission to take some medicines for my leg . and they gave it .
but then , when I went home , my mother saw my leg and she was just like

when she saw a medium size hole on my leg .
so , in the end , they had to sew my leg . I was lucky because I didn't get any infections because of that .

psychological :
disappointment

my worst physical pain was when i use a bracket. for a week after i use it, it's feel like something pulling out all my teethes.
i dun really remember about my worst mental pain, but maybe when my parents compared me to my lil sis.

Physical: when i was 7, my foretoe almost GONE when i have this stupid lil fight with my lil bro for an acrobatic exercise machine. my dad realised the bloods at my toe and then i scream!!

then, i got my treatment at the general hospital..huhuhu..(there's alot to said)

Psychological:when its about love, and family matters.

Pain,
I think there are two:
1st: 11 years ago post circumcised pain (hell it hurt for 1 week, and I must changed the bandage twice a day, made me cry out loud during the process)
2nd: 8 years ago, pain, ache , fever, dizzy, headache for 5 days due to Hemorrhage Dengue Fever

psychological ? It's a secret , but it made me almost kill a person with my katana

Physical: I was in wood shop, and i was screwing about and i cut a big part of my left a hand off, on a buzz saw. They fixed me right up and i you can't see the scar any more, but it REALLY HURT.

Psychological: uh i was blamed and punished unjustly, lets just leave it and that.

Physical: Was beaten up.

Emotional: During a lifetime low, my folks forgot to pick me up on the day Winter Break started, so I was left to sit leaning against stony school walls wearing less than suitable clothing in negative weather until 2 in the morning when a family friend picked me up.
