How many hours of sleep to you get per day?
I almost never get the recommended eight hours, especially when I'm on the internet, watching TV, watching anime, and doing homework all at the same time. Every night, I get maybe six hours at least, which isn't bad, but I always end up taking naps when I get home from school, and when I wake up, it's 6 PM and I'm screwed because I won't be able to finish my HW until late at night at which point I'll only get six or so hours of sleep and so on and so forth. Oh yeah, it's a vicious cycle.
What about you? Do you sleep a lot during the day, or stay awake all day and sleep for hours and hours every night? Or maybe it's vice versa? Also, what makes your sleep schedule the way it is? Work or recreation?
