The guy who usually makes and posts the charts has confirmed that the chart in the OP is fake. Which is unfortunate because it means there will not be a Yotsuba& anime this fall, but it does mean that the show will (thankfully) not be made by the horrendous Bee Train studio.

KYAAAA!!! Skip Beat and Hakouki. These two I must watch. Other than that, nothing seem to interest me..

I thought Letter Bee II was supposed to be on the fall too. Is it this fall or next year?

edit: Letter Bee II confirmed this fall. On my list to watch. Skip Beat II I'm not sure. But I'm hoping there another season of it seems they left the previous season hanging. There's another chart I saw on another site. Code Geass:Gaiden this fall? I want to see that one..

There was a nice double surprise there for me: first off, a new .Hack series. Second, a little nod to the coming of a new game!! (Though I have to beat the 3rd .Hack//G.U. game before the new series comes out).

Also, I'm looking forward to Baccano 2, but, and I'm a little embarrassed to admit this, I still haven't finished the first season (I've been putting it off for the longest time).

yea, i hope that maybe shakugan no shana III will come out this fall. other then that dead man wonder land to me looks about the only other one interesting.

i think i've seen it too that this was said to be fake.. now i forget which site i read it.. its just that some anime in there are said to come out.. but not this actual fall 2010. like "the world that god only knows" anime title.
