Maybe, it's actually something else from the prophecy? It's look like they are telling you about a world's end but it is not?

What i know is, people has their own way to tell a prophecy...It's not that i believe that one though. Come to think of it, isn't the end of world and the end of mankind different?

I don't really believe the world will end there, it's just the end of the Mayan calendar.

I for one wouldn't like to know when the world will end, not even my life or any other. The idea of knowing scares me, even if i were to die of old age.

Onto the topic, if the world really were to end by 2012 or 2020 or 2060 or when ever. Then it will, that is if what they say is really true. I remember on Discovery channel about Nostradamus, and some person said, people only become aware of prophecies when it is of a negative outcome. That being said, part of me is scared, and a part of me doesn't believe so.

Its just that the Mayan calendar last date is 21-12-2012. The rest is just up to interpretation and just-wait-and-see-what-happens-ok?

The reason is almost every profeth say it, "12-21-12", sincerely I just think this: probably something terible happens that day, but the world go on, with a seros change, coming to an end more further...

Not really. Most of Nostradamus' predictions were so ambiguous that they could be applied to just about anything. People only believe that they came true because they distort his words to fit with events where they otherwise wouldn't make any sense.
