Okay, I get the 15 posts rule (luckily I fit into it, gosh I thought I had more posts actually). And I do think it is a good introduction, yet the points system was more encouraging.

But I have been wondering... How about the users who have got less than 15 posts but have uploaded OSTs (if there are any)? Does their contribution not count? I think allowing the users with at least one album upload to download no matter how many posts they have gained would be a good way to enhance the OSTs collection. Though posting is obviously easier.

Hmm... posting in the Forum Games, Introductions and Osts Downloads section doesn't add to the post count. else i'm pretty sure i would have busted the Thousand Post mark already.

What you say does have merit i guess, bout the uploading OSTs part, but then getting an OST that hasn't been uploaded before is about as good as finding a wild Celebi. ignore the reference. also, to upload, i think you need the permission of a mod, so that'll be kinda hard.
