Okay, I get the 15 posts rule (luckily I fit into it, gosh I thought I had more posts actually). And I do think it is a good introduction, yet the points system was more encouraging.

But I have been wondering... How about the users who have got less than 15 posts but have uploaded OSTs (if there are any)? Does their contribution not count? I think allowing the users with at least one album upload to download no matter how many posts they have gained would be a good way to enhance the OSTs collection. Though posting is obviously easier.
